Sisterhood II: In Confidence

About the artwork

Two young girls lean toward each other in a moment of whispering and laughter. The work captures the private world that children create within their friendships — the jokes, secrets and conversations that may seem small but become meaningful memories of growing up. Sisterhood II presents friendship as a safe space where young girls can express themselves freely and simply enjoy being understood.
