A Moment To Herself

About the artwork

In this painting I try to capture a quiet moment in everyday life. Seated with a newspaper in hand, the Lady retreats briefly into her own world, finding comfort in solitude while everything around her continues to move. This work celebrates the importance of taking a moment to pause, reflect, and simply be. Her calm presence becomes a reminder that solitude is not loneliness, but a space to rest and reconnect with oneself.
